I can’t even begin to tell you about this amazing woman. Some of you may know her or have at least seen her in photos photographing weddings and adventures with me. If you don’t know already this is Audrey. She’s more than just my assistant and second shooter. So much more. She is one of the most selfless, sweetest, kindest, loveable women I know. I can remember the day like it was yesterday that she came in unexpectidly giddy and happy. It had been a while since I had seen that person, I missed her. You see, Audrey finds the good in people no matter what circumstance or how other people treat her. She is a true blessing to anyone that knows her. This giddy smiling person that I missed so much had fallen in love. It was written all over her face and practically jumped out of her heart at you. Over the next few weeks it was a constant conversation about this wondeful god fearing man that did everything in his power to keep that smile on her face. I’m proud to say that it’s still there.
What an honor it is when someone you love asks you to capture their wedding day. An even bigger honor it is when it’s someone close to you in the same profession that continuously lifts you up in all that you do. WOW! I couldn’t think of a better gift to give someone I love than the memories of their wedding day and the first day that starts the rest of their lives. Thinking about it moves me to tears. I was so happy to have been included in Audrey and Phillips wedding day. Not only just for photographs but for opinions, planning, and support. I am so happy for Audrey and Phillip, the kids also. What a true blessing it is to have each other. Audrey and Phillip thank you for having me be apart of your wedding day and your lives.
I pray God continues to bless you abundantly and provides all that you could ever want or need. I pray he guides you together as one to love and support one another even in the difficult times that will come. Always remember that you have God and each other and with that the sky is the limit.
